Breseight Australia is a precision engineering business with capabilities in design & development, manufacture, assembly, distribution and installation. They hold quality certification to ISO 9001:2000 and have major clients such as Telstra, Alstom and Alcatel. Breseight were not getting adequate service from their incumbent providers and embarked on an exercise to find a new one. Three vendors were short-listed and Inform was chosen because of our professional presentation, knowledge and good references.

Breseight has been able to save the equivalent of one person month per year to manage IT, as well as one month of lost sales opportunities.

Future projects for Inform will include video conferencing and referral to partner companies.
