BrightWork products are SharePoint add-ons or extensions that empower organizations to effectively manage work and projects with a set of pre-built solutions and tools. BrightWork develop and market two products:

	BrightWork Solutions A set of 6 Work and Project Management Solutions that take SharePoint to the next level
	BrightWork Reporter A cross-list and cross-site reporting web part that ships with 16 highly configurable reports

BrightWork has extended SharePoint so customers and partners can build their own work and project management solutions. Because BrightWork is standards based (MSF, PMI and SharePoint), users are likely to be already familiar with the basics of deployment, customization and usage, resulting in faster adoption and participation and lower deployment support and training costs.

BrightWork has a deep partnership with Microsoft and is represented on both the Microsoft DAC and the PAC for SharePoint (Development / Partner Advisory Councils) and also on the Visual Studio Team System 2005 TAP (Technology Adoption Program) and the Office 12, SharePoint v3 and Project 12 TAP. Microsoft is one of BrightWork’s largest customers.

BrightWork takes its customer relationships very seriously and has developed a BrightWork deployment method to ensure fast success for customers adopting BrightWork. BrightWork also has an Advisory council of customers and partners who meet annually in person and quarterly in a web meeting and also have an online area for continuous communications. BrightWork customers also share work with each other through the BrightWork facilitated Share Program.

BrightWork has established and continues to develop a Partner Program with Solution Builder, Gold, Silver and Bronze partners who provide services to customers wishing to deploy BrightWork, who do not have the available bandwidth to do so themselves.
